We operate from the United States, serve clients in the U.S. and Latin America, and welcome visitors from the European Union. This policy is applied consistently with:
- the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive;
- U.S. state privacy laws, including California's CCPA/CPRA;
- Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and Decree 1377 of 2013.

When you complete our contact form or book a meeting, we process: name, email, phone number, business name, service of interest, and your message.
3.2 Usage and device data
We automatically collect IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookie data (see the Cookie Policy).
3.3 Communications
If you contact us by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, we retain those communications and associated data.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the providers necessary to operate, acting as processors under contract:

Our CRM, automations, and database run on infrastructure controlled by StrategIA Mind. We may also disclose data where required by law or a competent authority.
6. International transfers
As we are established in the U.S., data of EU visitors is transferred to the U.S. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or another valid transfer mechanism, together with supplementary safeguards.
7. Retention
We retain contact and client data for as long as a business relationship exists and as needed to meet legal obligations. Database backups are retained on a rolling basis (up to 14 copies). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. SMS and WhatsApp messaging
We send SMS or WhatsApp messages only with your prior consent. Messaging consent (opt-in) information and mobile phone numbers are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. See the Messaging Consent Notice.

10. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to or restrict processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. California residents may exercise CCPA/CPRA rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing. Data subjects in Colombia may exercise their rights under Law 1581.

11. Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us to delete it.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted secrets vault, two-factor authentication, encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, and spending limits on all APIs.
